Anti-Trust Statement
As members of the insurance industry, we need to be mindful of the constraints of the anti-trust laws. There will be no discussions of agreements or concerted actions that may restrain competition. This prohibition includes the exchange of information concerning rates, market practices, or competitive aspect of an attendee’s company operation. Each attendee is obligated to speak up immediately for the purpose of preventing any discussions falling outside the bounds indicated.
